If “Retrieve_password.exe” does not work in your computer,

it’s recommended to install “vcredist_x86_9sp1.exe” at first.

Notes:

1. Old password is only relate to system time.
2. New password is relate to system time and S/N number.

Operation:

Step.1: Choose the system time;

Step.2: Input device S/N number;

             ( Only for firmware launched between 2017-01-10 and 2017-07 )

Step.3: Click “Retrieve password”

Step.4: Choose old or new password according to firmware version,

            and enter login interface to input the password.

( Firmware launched before 2017-01-10 use old password. )

(Firmware launched between 2017-01-10 and 2017-07 use new password.)
